Hey mamas. I need some advice. So I am 28 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My pre-pregnancy weight was 214lbs. My weights hasn't really fluctuated much. My last appointment I weighted 217lbs. Today I weighted myself and I am down to 213.5lbs. I shouldn't be losing weight like this should I? I really don't eat very much throughout the day, definitely not 3 meals. How is this effecting my baby? Is she okay? She seems to move plenty all day.
