Should I go in?

35 weeks I called L&D and told me to go in if my headache doesn't go away after taking Tylenol, I have pressure in my head still I feel really off today

I've been having bad headaches since yesterday, didn't think anything of it last night went to the bathroom and felt dizzy just went back to sleep woke up in the morning with a headache again feeling nauseas, and gagging. Anyone else had this before
