My fiance has told me he's got erectile dysfunction but doesn't seem to be all the time. There are times where I touch him  or have something sexy on and he gets hard. I'm not familiar how it's supposed to work or if he's just not wanting to have sex?

Really? He tells you he has a medical condition and you seriously called it an excuse? This is peak ableism. Erectile dysfunction doesn’t mean he can never get an erection. It just means it’s difficult and not consistent. Maybe read up on it before immediately jumping to making it all about you and whether he wants to sleep with you.

I would say google it if you don’t understand it. It either means he cannot get hard on his own at all or he cannot stay that way if he does. 
Just because you touch him or whatever you do doesn’t mean he can stay that way once it’s tile to perform the act.

Erectile dysfunction isn’t just difficulty getting hard. ED is a broad term that can encompass more than one type of ED. If you have worries about what’s going on with him, you should talk to him.
