How did you know that you were done having kids?

I have a little girl, who will be 5 next week. I have a 4 month old son, and I knew after he was born that I was content with these two. My husband and I do plan to adopt in the future, but as far as being pregnant, I feel content with these two.

I mentioned it to my mom that my husband is going to ✂️✂️, and she said that my youngest is still to young, and we shouldn’t rush to make that decision.

So, when did you know that you were done with having babies?
