Baby acne or eczema ?
My baby is a month old and she has red spots on her cheeks.. they are very dry and scabby. It’s also on her ear lobes and behind her ears also very dry and scabby. I’m using a Aveeno baby eczema therapy night time balm on her face twice a day.
