Possibly implantation or second period in 1 month? 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I just had a period that started the 1st and ended the 6th and ovulation started 11th and I had sex with my husband around the 14th & 15th and then the 15th I got cramping twice and then the spotting started and at first I thought it was ovulation spotting but now I’m confused if it was and then 19th I started bleeding like a period so had to use tampons so now I’m confused if it’s implantation bleeding?
