I’m seriously struggling with back pain and round ligament pain. I’m just looking for some solutions!

Depends on the type of pillow and how you use it, but yes. I had a big c shape pregnancy pillow when I was pregnant and it helped a lot, but even when I’m not pregnant I use an hourglass shape knee pillow (side sleeper).

For me it helped with pelvic girdle pain. And it wasn’t my back that hurt but where my buttocks were.
