Change of Routine Affecting Period?

Hi everyone!!

I’m a little concerned about my period. I had recently started working out at a more consistent rate which is every other day for at least 30 min and I’m watching my calorie intake now. Prior to this, my app was super accurate on my period days and this month it was different for me. Within the two weeks after my expected period date, I was spotting lightly but never enough to wear a pad consistently. I had thought this was due to a huge change in my routine and my health!

I was wondering if anyone else has gone through the same thing? My boyfriend and I are very careful during sex and because of this I’ve been a little stressed about whether or not I’m pregnant or this is just change in routine.
