Outfit to go home, outfit for baby, some toiletries and that’s all I packed. Never needed more. Use the mesh underwear and pads they give, I never take personal items like blankets and pillows especially not now. I throw almost everything away (the toiletries are travel size) even if I didn’t use them.

More undies than you think you need, I used pads and found I leaked...next time round would just use adult diapers! Moisturiser and lip balm, I found my skin got really dry in the hospital. Cooling gel nipple pads were a lifesaver. Nipple cream too.
