How many days AFTER ovulating do you BD?

I got my peak opk on the 20th when I wasn’t supposed to get it until the 21st as the app predicted that I would ovulate on the 22nd. So now the app is saying that I ovulated on the 20th and my fertile window moved backwards 3 days. Last cycle we BD every day of the window and took a week break (holy cow recovery) but because this one got moved back so many days I’m worried I completely missed the before ovulation window that’s recommended. But we still BD tonight and it’s a day past the end of the window. Just curious what others tactics to this sex fest are 😅
