I was due on feb 19 so that friday i went for my 40 weeks appointment at my obgyn she did a second membrane sweep and scheduled me for induction on feb 28 when i reached home 3 hrs later i started cramping then at 5pm i started having contractions but it was irregular so i stayed hopeful but nothing happened i continued having really painful irregular contractions through all Saturday and sunday.those contractions started getting 5 to 7min on sunday at 10pm i told my husband to get some sleep and put our toddler to bed now i stay in living room having bad contractions so i decided to walk in the house and up and down the stairs to help things more along

By doing so those contractions become 3 to 4 min apart so i went to bed at midnight hoping to get some rest little did i know it wasnt gonna happen at this time my water broke and pain became unbearable i woke my husband up and called my sister to come stay with my almost 3y old by the time she arrived i could talk contractions were 1-2 min apart we arrived at hospital at 1am they checked me i was 4cm they started my iv at 2:30 because they couldn't get a good vein they poked me so many places finally got a good one i got epidural which only worked a little i could still feel pain i was checked again i was 9cm and completely thinned out at 4:50 i did practice push baby's head was coming so they told me to stop because we were waiting for my dr but baby heart started dropping so we couldn't wait i had to give birth started pushing at 5am baby was out at 5:02 and placenta was out at 5:04 i got a second degree tear because he came out so fast but he is worth every pain.
