My Boat isn’t Floating 😩

Good Morning, I hope all is well with everyone - I need help, advice & most importantly suggestions. I’m only 22 years of age & I don’t have a high sex drive. I don’t “get in the mood” often & when it’s time to have sex, the foreplay doesn’t turn me on. I’m wondering if it has something to do with my mental state. How can I know what’s really going on? Most times when i am in the mood, it doesn’t last long ... please please please help 🥺🙇🏽‍♀️ thanks in advance
