*TMI* Spotting 6/7dpo

Has anyone has implantation spotting at 6/7dpo and been pregnant?

So I’m in a weird situation. I have super irregular periods due to PCOS. My bf didn’t pullout last Tuesday and ever since I’ve been feeling off. My boobs are sore, swollen. I’m bloated. Yesterday I started cramping really bad and my back hurt, I had a little bit of pink spotting. I put a pad on and went to bed fully expecting to wakeup to AF.

This is all I had, and now it’s stopped. I have no clue when I ovulated so if we had sex last Tuesday I’d only be 6/7dpo which is super early. I’ve been pregnant 4 times (one living) and the earliest I ever got a squinter was 9dpo. Thoughts?
