Does plan b cause bleeding?

I had sex last week and the condom broke so I decided to take a plan b. I’ve taken one before and it only delayed my period for about a week and I got really bad cramps. But this time I’m bleeding before my period is supposed to even start. Keep in mind I had sex the day right after my period so my period isn’t supposed to come for a few more weeks. I haven’t been feeling cramps or any symptoms but when I went to pee this morning I noticed I was bleeding. It wasn’t like spotting or brown, it was a bright red blood. I didn’t take a photo but I found a photo online of what it looked like. It was this type of bleeding. Could that be from the plan b or implantation bleeding??
