Trying to Conceive after miscarriage

I went to the doctors about a year ago found out I was pregnant, turns out I had a molar pregnancy that was cancerous. I had to have a d&c everything went fine and then I got pregnant again a couple months later (doctor said it was fine that everything looked good and back to normal) I then had a miscarriage never heard a heartbeat. So now it’s been about 6 months so we’re trying again, and I’m scared any tips on to be safe and have a heathy pregnancy this go around?
