Clexane (Lovenox), Progesterone, Baby Aspirin

So we went to my ob gyn last Saturday, we have seen the baby with heartbeat 💓. 2 weeks prior I have started already with baby aspirin 1x day. Due to 2 previous miscarriage, my doctor gave me an option to take clexane 1x day as she was suspecting that I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome. And she prescribed me progesterone. So other than these 3 meds I am also taking prenatals and folate.

Anyone else on the same boat with me?
