Baby refused to take a bottle after vaccination

Hello moms, I’m a first time mom and im looking for advice. I’m going through a problem with my baby not taking the bottle after his 2 months vaccinations. He received his vaccines on the 11th of feb and today is the 23rd and he still would not take the bottle. He’s more tired, wouldn’t want to play, he only wants to nurse on my breast. But he only for a couple of minutes then he drifted to sleep again. I called the doctor office but of course they never blame the vaccines. Before the vaccine my baby would drink about 100-120ml per feeding. Now he doesn’t wants the bottle but prefer the breast, I don’t know how much he’s actually drinking but for sure way less than the amount that he should be drinking. Any mom run into the same problem? And what did you do? Do I just wait it out? Thank you!
