I'm in SHOCK!
Hi everyone! Today I went in for my first appointment and ultrasound for my fourth and final baby. To my disbelief, it's twins! My doctor thinks they're identical based on the fact that they are sharing a yolk sac. Anyone want to guess the gender (Ramzi method)?
This is a transvaginal ultrasound.
