Positive Ovulation after D&C?

So I had a D&C for a missed miscarriage on Feb. 11th. My HCG strips are almost negative. I’m still spotting a little. But just today I noticed that my spotting is the egg white consistency like ovulation. So I took an ovulation test. Could I really be ovulating? Or is this just a positive because there still might be HCG in my system from the miscarriage?

We want to start trying right away to conceive again. I know some people say you can have sex 1 week post op. Should we baby dance just in case?
