3 days late

I am currently 3 days late and my period is literally like clock work! I have extremely sore boobs, elevated temps, cramping and sever back pain, nausea has just now come on and I have had some vomiting. All my tests are negative!! What could be happening. I just know I’m pregnant. Has this happened to anyone and you turned out pregnant?
