Advice 🚨! 9 months postpartum and found out I’m pregnant again.

Has anyone been pregnant less than a year after giving birth? I am freaking out. Not planned, but happy... but also scared knowing most recommend not getting pregnant for at least 18-24 months after giving birth. I gave birth 9 months ago and just found out tonight I am pregnant again. Advice/concerns/ share it all please!!!! 😭😳😭😳
