Confidence in bed

I’ve had a boyfriend for just over 2 years now however whenever we have sex I’m quite self conscious.

I don’t really like him looking at my face during sex and he keeps asking me to get on top but I’m too scared cos I don’t have the confidence to as he’ll just be staring at me.

Also he talk’s dirty to me over text but I never know what to reply and I feel silly.

Overall I just feel quite self conscious and inexperienced when it come to all things sex and I was wondering how I can feel more confident and how others have gained confidence in bed.
