Close to ovulation?

First time tracking my ovulation! And im just learning how to read these things! Am i close?

Not yet. With opk’s, never use FMU (unless instructed in the instructions). Choose two times between 10 AM and 8 PM that you can test at every day at the SAME two times (so you don’t miss your surge); and use a 4 hour pee hold each time (and try not to drink a lot of liquids during the hold times). Once the test line is as dark as, or darker than, the control line - you have a positive/peak. Once you get a positive/peak opk, ovulation will occur within 12-36 hours; and the egg - once released - will be viable for 12-24 hours. However, note: opk’s only detect your LH surge. You would also have to temp to confirm if/when ovulation has taken place.

Watch “how I tracked ovulation and got pregnant” by Victoria Ciftci on YouTube it helped me so much to underhand how to read these tests! 
But quick rundown: you will always have two lines and most of the time your line will be faint and that’s normal. It’s impossible to tell if you’re close because the lines actually don’t get progressively darker, your LH varies slightly every day. You’ll just have to keep testing until it happens! Once you’ve found your normal date you won’t have to guess so much every month if it’s on the way. It might be earlier or later than you expected just don’t give up on the tests!
