Headaches?

I’m having really painful headaches and medicine does not help. These headaches last 2 days at a time and come on without warning. My blood pressure has been perfect every time I go to the doctor and never have had any blood pressure issues. I’m currently 13 weeks is anyone else having these?

I’ve been getting them occasionally. I stay off screens, drink lots of ice water, take Tylenol, and put an ice pack on the back of my neck. It helps a bit.

My doctor told me to take a magnesium supplement, 400 mg daily. It seems to help with the headaches a lot.

Tylenol, stay off screens, dim lights, stay hydrated, cold towel, sleep, take a sleeping pill (approved) for a good nights rest
