Anyone else's toddler aggressive?

I don't  know how to deal with this new behavior 😓 He started throwing things out of anger and banging his toys when he's  frustrated/bored or when he can't  have what he wants.
I understand crying etc, but have no clue how to get him  to stop violently throwing things around

Mine hit me with a toilet plunger the other day not hard, i cant remember what made her so upset. I didn't even she her grab the plunger she blind sided me with it, i was shocked. She was sent to time out in her crib for a minute, she hasnt got aggressive since but will become overly dramatic and throw herself on the floor screaming i choose to ignore it and shes back to normal in a minute or so. Her older sisters think its funny how she acts but i most certainly don't. She's a baby with an attitude problem.

My daughter is and it’s killing me, the only thing that’s worked for me is to try to talk her down when she’s having a tantrum I just try to distract her until she stops because even if I tell her No or stop or whatever she just does not care to listen. I’ve tried deep breathing as well but sometimes these things work and sometimes they don’t, I’m hoping it’s just a phase because she has her sibling on the way in a few months

Yes we dealt with this :/ 
I got her a few soft balls and diverted her attention to throw the balls instead. 
Or if she tries to hit me, the cat, or her newborn sister I’ll say “nooo hitting. You CAN hit the floor if you want!” And try to divert her attention again. 
Sometimes it works other times she throws a fit then I put her in her time in/toy section to simmer down.
