7 weeks and on progesterone

Hi, I’m 7 weeks today and on 200mg progesterone twice a day. I had this spotting but it has since stopped. I’m very anxious and called my fertility specialist and got booked for a scan today. We previously saw baby’s heartbeat at 6w2d and it was 122bpm. Is this normal? Doctor said brown spotting was normal but I’ve never had this much before.
