Would PCOS show on scan

I have un regular periods 30-40 sometimes I ovulate tho I get positive ovulation. I get sharp pains in my side stomach and I boat and get hair on stomach but I think I’ve always have hair when I went for an internal ultrasound they said my overs were fine just had a little fluid behind my uterus do you think I can get pregnant still or not I’ve been trying for a year and I’m scared incase I have pcos or some infertility:(
