What kid has proof of that sort of thing?! I hope nobody answers yes to this.

Children tend to be brutally honest and usually lie about small things. Like "I brushed my teeth" or "I did my homework". I have never heard of a child lying about someone touching them inappropriately to get them in trouble. Unless they are raised in a toxic environment where inappropriate behavior is normalized, I don't think they would lie. 
Most children don't even know about these kinds of things. So if one specifically tells you they were touched, you should probably believe them and talk to them about it. What kind of proof would you even begin to look for?
