So we’ve lived at these apartments for a year now and we just signed our lease to renew for another year. We have a new property manager so I made sure to go through and read everything just in case. Well in the past the manager knew our amount of animals of 3cats and the new manager has changed it to 2 animals per apartment. It says if you didn’t pay for the pet it’s double to 200 non refundable and you have to get rid of the animals that you didn’t pay for in the first place. They don’t really seem to care any time they come in here but just in case is this right?
