Help!

So I am late, I have no idea what to do. My period was supposed to start the February 21st,2021. It hasn’t started, I usually have a three day period. I dont know if this is something I should tell my bf about or not. My period is never this late, it usually comes the day or night of when this app tells me. I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up but I’m also hating holding this in. I think all I can do is test but is cramping normal? Because I was gonna say something but tonight I’m having some cramps. I hate getting my hopes up much less any one else’s.
