Did you have any side effects using clomid?

Is it worth it Or should i just keep trying naturally. Am worried if i take it and get pregnant, then lose the pregnancy, i will blame myself for having taken it. I know it aint a rational fear but i heard clomid increases chances of twins which is high risk so already am scared what if i get twins and then lose them? Would i survive it mentally since i somehow influenced the pregnancy? Am scared of re-living the pain and disappointment if try to conceive naturally and i end up not getting the results am hoping for.
