I’ve decided I won’t be testing anymore until there is a reason to do so I can’t put myself through it anymore 😭 I’m 10dpo I haven’t tested and won’t unless I’m late and then I might give it 2 days at least,I can’t mentally deal with another negative I will deal with seeing my period more I think x

Thats not weird at all. To me, that's the most logical thing to do. So many women get so bent out of shape seeing negative after negative (and are often starting testing at like 6dpo, when a negative is pretty much a guarantee). I don't understand why women willingly keep doing that to themselves when they say seeing negatives rips them apart. I ONLY test when/if my period is late... which basically means I pretty much never take a test. A little patience goes a long way with the TWW. And yes, seeing blood can be just as defeating when you want to be pregnant so damn bad, but all those negative tests leading up is just salt in the wound in my opinion. I know some women claim it gives them hope and they don't mind the negative tests. But in general, this app is so filled with test anxiety and over-analyzing vvvfl (indents), editing photos to try to see a line, and testing early which seems to only increase most people's anxiety. So no, I don't think it's weird at all that you want to wait. That's my approach to TTC and POAS. I wish you ALL the baby dust and hope you get your BFP/missed period soon hun!!! I dont test until at least 16 dpo. I have only tested 3 times in 3 years. It is not weird at all!

Totally understandable. I find it very disappointing. Its my 4th cycle TTC and I plan to wait until at least my expected period, this time.
