Acne?

So I’ve never really had acne I’m 24 and a red head in puberty I’d get a tiny white head and that’s it around my period and clear skin other wise. Well I have almost like clusters of acne on the left side of my forehead and I’m not even sure how to begin a new skin regime I usually do a face mask once a week and it’s more for stress than skin care so I feel completely lost like I’m going through puberty round 2. I’m 12 weeks pregnant I’m hoping this goes away 😅😅😅
