I went for an early ultrasound on Feb. 16th. I was supposed to be 6 weeks 3 days, but the gestational sac (and yolk sac) was measuring 5 weeks 4 days (I figured I ovulated later so I wasn’t concerned.) On Feb. 24th, exactly one week later, I ended up in the ER with a stomach bug and they did an ultrasound. I was measuring 6 weeks 1 day when I was supposed to 6 weeks 4 days. So baby only grew 4 days in 7 days. They did see and hear the heartbeat at 104 bpm. Should I be concerned? I have an appointment with my OB tomorrow.
