I'm a ftm is it normal by 13 weeks all my symptoms goes away other then sore nipples? I'm 14 weeks today with no symptoms either. People keep saying 'what if theres no heartbeat' and now I'm petrified. Tummy seems to be getting bigger but 0 symptoms.
