Its so hard for me and i just want one more. Is there any tips/tricks/herbs/supplements/ annyyythinnnggg i can do?

My husband and I did everything under the sun to get pregnant again with our third for 15 long months. The one month that we didn't even try...like we did nothing. Only had sex once 3days before ovulation on my husbands birthday. I didn't even wait to clean up & I didn't even use an OPK & I took no vitamins & no preseed like we did nothing. We got pregnant. Of course ❤️

I just forgot that I was trying and let nature take it course, it took me 3 years and I'm now almost 19 weeks.

I got my thyroid checked and found that it was very under active. Was prescribed meds and conceived a few months later when my level was back to normal. I haven’t had it confirmed that was the reason we were struggling to get pregnant but I believe it was.

I would recommend you do your research on couples getting pregnant. And, what each person can contribute to help the process but, also doing this will give you a more realistic out look on becoming pregnant as it is not easy. And, those that did get pregnant “easy/fast” is actually so rare. Also, there may seem to be a lot of them there’s really not. 
Set your self up to a positive journey, and not a miserable one by doing all the research you can, and talk to you OB. 
Those two things alone will mostly be more helpful than us on this app who have no degrees in baby making.
