Help!

My bf and I have sex maybe once a month and this month we had it twice and he uses a condom and finished inside it and he goes in me without anything for a short period of time and we do it when I am low fertility but I am 7 days late on my period and I am scared. This happened once before and I wasn’t pregnant we think maybe stress and my new skin medicine is delaying it
