Introducing purée with reflux
Anyone have a baby with bad reflux who is introducing food? I started today with a one ingredient purée and she has spit up SO MUCH more than normal. I think her system was like shocked with something different? Idk... any tips or advice? Our pediatrician recommended starting food soon, so don’t come at me about her not being 6 mo yet...
