Still in my TWW but I just bought Black Cohosh today to try if I don't get my BFP this time. I also got a different type of Maca Root to try. It has Ashwagandha in it and is a better brand! I also take prenatal vitamins, vitamin D, magnesium and progesterone creme.

I’m thinking about adding zinc and vitamin C this month. (Cycle day 4 here) does anyone know if there is a max amount your supposed to take while TTC? Just wondering if it’s ok to take with my prenatal that already has zinc in it?

Where’s the NON GMO vitamins ?🙁 without pesticides & fake ingredients. I would try vegan based or atleast non genetically modified vitamins . Much pure for the body & it helps it work faster in the body when it’s pure
