Have anyone been sick like this

I just saw my Doctor last week. After I left my right arm& shoulder hurt so bad I couldn't lift it two days but I didn't get vaccine only blood drawn. Now I've been feeling wobbly, I was so hot last night I took a bath in cold water, today I feel so sick like I could pass out it's hard to grip things even the phone I'm worried slip through grasp holding with two hands. My neck shoulders are tight, I feel dizzy, I feel like sleeping. My thinking is all foggy. I'm in bed but have chills and feel like throwing up.
