Ovulation pains

Hi just wanted to see if anyone else gets this

Anyone else have sharp rectal pains when ovulating? I can feel them standing up and have to sit down slowly so it doesn’t hurt so bad but worst is when pooping

Ive looked on google and endometriosis immediately came up

Should I be concerned? Had them for a couple months now and that’s how now know when I’m ovulating but does it have to be painful? Also having intercourse hurts when I have these pains
