Heartburn?

Does anyone have heartburn? Any remedies? I feel like it’s nonstop now and feels like my chest and throat are on fire. I’m only 6w3d so I’m a little worried it will be like this until birth!

With my first pregnancy I found that chewing gum was a huge help.

I found all dairy products worked. Towards the end of my pregnancy with my son I had to have a bowl of yoghurt or ice cream after dinner, as the pain was awful.

Milk, if that doesn’t work tums (which made me nauseous) and if that doesn’t work you can take Pepcid, it’s safe during pregnancy.
