If you think you need a detox, you should really be going to the ER because you’re in kidney failure. Also not sure what your uterus has to do with bowel movements. Completely different organ systems.

When you think of it like that it sounds bad.
However, it’s not scientifically accurate. 
When you eat, your body digests the food, mulching it up and breaking up large carbohydrate, protein and fat molecules into smaller, digestible molecules. Your body works to absorb as much as it can for energy, which is why it’s important to eat nutrient rich food.
Faeces is a waste product. It contains all the things your body couldn’t absorb, as well as heaps of gut bacteria, fungi and viruses that live there naturally. The cells that line your digestive system also shed regularly and often, so your faeces also contain dead cells. 
Therefore, 1 meal is not equal to 1 bowel movement and you do not have “14 meals” clogging up your pipes each week. If you did, we’d all be in hospital with our bowels about to rupture.
