In pain third trimester

I’m just about 35 weeks and the past two or three days I’ve been super uncomfortable. TONS of pressure, pooping a lot, and crampy as hell. Period like cramps not like my Braxton Hicks plus lower back pain. I’m beyond sore in my pelvis/waist area. Anyone else experienced/experiencing this? I can hardly stand without wincing in pain and having to take deep breathes. Tonight has been awful.

Also not sure if it’s discharge or not but when I go to sleep I wake and switch sides and I get a small gush every time I switch. I can’t tell if it’s my discharge or what. Been happening since I been in pain the past two days. Normally I wipe during the night and it’s a bit thicker.
