Crying every half an hour or so

So I had my baby on the 16 th of Feb she was very settled until today . Since this morning she is been crying every half an hour to an hour . She is not hungry because I increased her food, it’s not wet nappy, when I hold her she stops crying and she sleeps. Do you think it’s colic or what do you think it could be ? I’m a bit worried. I forgot that I checked her temperature and it’s normal.
