Nexplanon causing puking?

Hi guys I’m not quite sure where to post this so you may see it in a few groups but I can’t stop throwing up. I can keep food and water down so it’s not everytime I eat but at least 20 out of the last 30 days I’ve thrown up. It started exactly a year after I had the nexplannon implant inserted so could this be a side effect? I have no idea why. I mostly throw up yellow stomach bile but I have no other symptoms. I’m not pregnant, nothing in my life or eating schedule has changed recently. I went to a doctor yesterday and he told me I’m fine (which I’m obviously not) so if anyone has any advice or if this has happened to them please help a girl out lol. Just wanna know if u think I’m dying 💀😂
