Early Pregnancy Symptoms? Discharge?

TTC #2 and I really cannot remember any of my early symptoms of pregnancy with any of my pregnancies, or even if there was a difference with my son vs my miscarriages.

What are early symptoms?

I’m trying not to get my hopes up (8dpo) but I’ve just felt off the last 24ish hours, very emotional, sore breasts, and I’m super tired but my son is teething bad and not sleeping well so I’ve been coughing it up to that. Now I realized I have a lot of discharge. This 2ww is killing me 😭😭 Am I in my own head?!
