Lip??

I noticed today it looks like there’s a weird patch next to my lip. I got blood work done a few weeks ago and am negative for herpes both types. I’m prone to eczema so I’m hoping itsjust dry skin, but I also had ringworm on my thigh a couple months ago. What does this look like to you guys??
