PCOS but normally perfect cycles

TMI cycle question because I'm confused.

So, I've been on myo-inositol for about 3 years and have had absolutely perfect 32 day cycles ever since. (Except once when I had surgery)

A few months ago I switched to a menstrual cup. Last month on the first day I had some spotting, but my period never came. The exact same thing happened this month.

Can the cup do that or is something else crazy going on? Worth a doctor's visit?
