24 hour urine test

I had to do the 24 hour protein timed urine test because with my first I had severe preeclampsia. I’m 28w4d and starting to show symptoms of preeclampsia again.

I got my results back this evening and it came back at 387, I read anything over 300 could mean preeclampsia is starting to come on. I won’t hear from my doctor until Monday. I was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if you did in fact have preeclampsia, if so what happened? I’m trying not to worry, I just don’t know what to expect and I’m anxious to hear from my doctor.
